As we at reviewedbypro.com are very careful about the content we publish, all the articles submitted by users are reviewed by our security experts. Therefore, we can modify your submitted content in accordance with our rules and standards if it is needed.

These are the requirements regarding the articles users submit, including the quality of the text, its structure, and images. Before submitting your article, try to answer these questions:

1. What is the topic?

It should be noted that the topic you want to cover should not duplicate the content we already have on our website. Please check whether a similar article has already been published.

If you are inclined to send us an article, please check whether the sources you used to write it are legitimate. Please keep in mind that the Internet is full of websites with fake news, which should be avoided at all costs. Content based on fake references will not be accepted.

2. What is the structure of my article?

Pay utmost attention to how easy it is to read your article. Don’t forget to divide your text into paragraphs which have their own coherent structure. All of this will help us evaluate your submission faster.

When writing the article, don’t forget the basic structure, which consists of the introduction, body, and conclusion.

3. Does the text of my article fulfill the requirements?

The minimal length of your article is 500 words. The text must be written in the formal register and grammatically correct. The article has to be consistent and fluent so that it would be easy to read.

Always proofread your article before submission to minimize the mistakes related to grammar and consistency. It is a great idea to use grammar-checking tools to alleviate the editing process.

4. Do I have any images?

As we receive huge amounts of articles, it should take up to 10 business days to evaluate your content. If your article is selected, you will get a confirmation email to the address you used to contact us. 

We must note you about our strict policy of follow/nofollow links. In case a writer wants to have their follow links featured on our website, they have to be active by publishing no less than 2 articles monthly.

In case of one full month of inactivity, the follow links will turn to nofollow automatically. In case of plagiarism in the resources, this action will be implemented manually without hesitation.
